①First step is provide the type of bottle blowing machine of your company before placing the order. ②Next, we can start from a idea, a sample, your sketch or special requirement. Our accomplished team can help you turn into a finished PET bottle blowing mould.
STEP 2 : Confirmation the design drawings and 3D bottle design
STEP 2 : Confirmation the design drawings and 3D bottle design
We will make a design drawings and 3D bottle design according to your requirements, we use the three-dimensional CAD/UG software design, and then it’s time for you to check and confirm.
STEP 3 : Machining
STEP 3 : Machining
After the customer confirms the drawing is no need to modify , we will arrange the production of products. And all the mould parts are complete by CNC machine, and we are always kept up-to-date to guarantee high quality end products for our customers.
STEP 4 : Product production

Through a series of procedures, from napkin-drawing to full 3D file, than into a finished PET bottle blow mould. Product production completed. And the production takes 15-20 working days.

With our nearly 20 years of production experience and modern production equipment, our mold life over 100 million shops. And we have a special quality inspection room to test our products. Usually, there are four steps of quality control: ①IQC(incoming QC for raw material) ②IPQC(in-process QC) ③FQC(final QC after parts produced) ④OQC(outgoing QC before shipment)

After the products pass the test, we will be sent the samples to the customer for confirmation. We can also send you our samples when the products are shipped.

After the customer receives the sample, we will arrange the shipment and send the product to the customer. Our primary task is to make sure the products can be delivered on time.
